Aunque el titulo pueda sonar mal realmente se trata de un programa en donde sus concursantes participan en un show de perdida de peso y por ello se llama Los grandes Perdedores (de peso). Although the title of this topic can sounds bad it is really about a TV show where its contestants take part of a competition to lose weigh that's why it is called The biggest Losers (of weigh).
